Ingredients

Sauce:

18 oz can tomato paste

4 1/2 cups water

3 teaspoons dry onion flakes

1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 beef boullion cubes

1/4 cup chopped parsley

2 tablespoons grated cheese

Meatballs:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs

1/2 cup of the sauce

1/4 cup grated cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic

Preparation

Sauce: Add all ingredients expect cheese into a 2 quart saucepan. Cover and cook for 20 minutes at a simmer. Add cheese

Meatballs:

Mix well and form 16 balls. Brown in a skillet, drain fat. Add 1 cup of sauce and cover and simmer for 20 minutes
