Ingredients

1 Pound Chopped Meat

1/2 Cup (approx.) Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs

1 Egg

2-3 Cloves Garlic (crushed)

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Jar Tomato/Marinara Sauce

Preparation

Heat jarred sauce in saucepan large enough for meatballs.

Mix together meat, breadcrumbs, egg, crushed garlic and salt in a large bowl until ingredients are well blended.

Form meatballs, throw into hot sauce, cook on very low flame for about an hour.
