Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)
olive oil (about 4 tablespoons)
balsamic vinegar (about 4 teaspoons)

Preparation
Cut your avocados in halves lengthwise -don’t peal them. Remove the pit using the tip of a sharp knife. Arrange the avocados in one plate, or four individual plates. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper and parsley. Pour olive oil halway through the cavity of each semi-avocado and all over the edges, too; then fill them in completely with balsamic vinegar.
