Ingredients
Goya black beans (undrained)
Queso Fresco, cubed
corn kernels (cut from grilled corn on the cob, if possible)
cherry tomatoes, halved
red bell pepper, diced
Pace Salsa Mexicana
romaine lettuce, torn
Preparation
Heat black beans in microwave oven or on stove. Add black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and red bell pepper to lettuce; mix well. Add cubed queso fresco and mix in gently. Pour salsa mexicana on top of salad, and stir in as salad dressing.
