Ingredients
Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1/2 c. sugar
1- cup apricot nectar
3/4 cup Canola cooking oil
4 eggs
(Duncan Hines makes the best cake mix for this recipe)
Glaze for Apricot Cake:
1 cup powdered sugar
jiuce from 2 lemons
Preparation
Mix ingredients in bowl except eggs. Beat until smooth and add eggs, one at a time until well beaten. Pour into greased and floured or non stick tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. GLAZE: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with juice from 2 lemons until smooth and runny. Pour immediately over hot cake.
