Ingredients

3 Cups Flour

3 Cups Milk

3 Eggs

3 Tbsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cook on griddle at 350° until well browned. For buttermilk pancakes - omit 3 Cups of milk and 3 Tbsp baking powder and add 3 Cups buttermilk and 1 1/2 tsp soda
