Ingredients
5 medium potatoes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. onion salt
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup margarine
Preparation
Peel and slice potatoes into french fry slices. place on double thick aluminum foil. Sprinkle with cheese, salts, and pepper. Cut margarine into thin slices and drop on top of potatoes. Seal potatoes closed in foil. Place on medium coals and grill for 30 - 40 minutes or until potatoes are very tender. Enjoy
