Ingredients

1 medium onion

1 medium carrot

1 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable broth

1 cup evaporated milk

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Chop onion and carrot and boil in a pot with water until tender. Pour into blender and puree.

Pour back into pot and add remaining ingredients, vegetable broth and evaporated milk

Salt and pepper to taste
