White Chocolate

Dried fruits (cranberries work best)

Almonds

Preparation

Slow roast the Almonds for 20 minutes on a low oven Allow them to cool Melt your white chocolate in the microwave in 10 second bursts until melted (don’t overmelt, as this will cause your chocolate to become hard and unusable) Mix the cranberries and almonds into the chocolate, and spread on a piece of wax paper. Allow to cool overnight if possible, and then break into servable sizes (your choice on how big to serve of course!)
