Ingredients

24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes

8 oz grated cheddar cheese

2 cans cream of potato soup

8 oz. sour cream

1/4 cup finely grated onion

salt and pepper to taste

paprika for garnish

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together in large bowl. Put evenly into a baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour until edges start to brown slightly.
