Ingredients
2 cups canned pumpkin
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
Dash of salt
Dash of nutmeg
1 tsp maple flavoring
Preparation
Beat pumpkin sugars and flour together till they are smooth. Add the egg and mix thoroughly add spices and maple flavoring. Lastly slowly add milk and whip until smooth. Pour prepared filling into an unbanked 9 inch pie crust only to 1/4 inch of top of crust. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top of pie and bake at 350 degrees for about one hour or until the pie is set ( if you shake it it hardly moves in the center of pie)
