1 Russet Potato (for each person)
2 Tbs olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic
Preparation
add garlic to oil slice potatoes into thin slices crosswise toss with oil season with salt & pepper arrange on baking sheet Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes *very little oil needed
