Ingredients
2 slices of whole grain bread
Canary Island Garlic and Herb Olive Oil ( I like the HOT Splash)
2 Roma tomatoes
Mozzarrella
Cheddar
Cream Cheese (yes, cream cheese)
Preparation
On bottom piece of bread spread about 1 tbl of cream cheese 3 finger pinch of shredded cheddar 3 finger pinch of mozzarrella 3 slices of roma tomato Drizzle splash over cheese
If cooking in a pan put a little splash in the pan and a splash on the top of the top piece of bread. If broiling, just leave the sandwich open faced
Serve with a salad or some homemade tomato soup
