Ingredients

2 cups white rice

4 cups chicken stock

1/2 tsp. turmeric

1/2 tsp. saffron threads

1/4 tsp. dried crushed chili pepper

Preparation

Add Stock and rice into pot. Bring to a boil. Add turmeric, saffron, and chili pepper. Turn off burner, close pot with lid and let stand until all the water has been absorb into the rice. 15 Minutes

Fluff rice with a fork and serve.
