Ingredients
2 plum tomatoes, halved
1/2 medium onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2-3 cloves garlic raw or roasted
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until blended and finely chopped. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
