Ingredients

1 lb. sweet pepper

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 large white onion

1 lb jar of marinara sauce e.g. Prego/Ragu etc. I use Prego w/sausage

Preparation

preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large roasting pan place sausage and with fork, or knife point, puncture skin repeatedly.

Roast for one hour.

Remove and cut sausage into bite sized pieces.

Return to pan.

Chop into roughly equal sized pieces, both beppers after having emptied them of seeds etc. Chop onion in same size pieces.

Place peppers and onions in mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.

Place in pan with sausage and fold in tomato/marinara sauce.

Return to oven for another hour.

Remove and serve.
