Ingredients

1 pound of chopped up cooked shrimp (crab also if you prefer))

1 large bar of creme cheese

fresh parsley

homemade chili sauce (or cocktail sauce of your choice)

1 cup of scallions

extra horseradish to add to sauce if needed

Preparation

chop shrimp up in bite size bits, add 2 cups of prepared cocktail sauce (I make mine from ketchup, horseradish and hot sauce)..chop scallions into a dice…get a large platter, put creme cheese bar(softened, at room temp) in middle of plate, top with cocktail sauce and scatter scallions all over…surround with toast points, crackers and veggies of your choice…a croud pleaser
