Ingredients

1/3 lb of large p&d shrimp

(apx. 10 shrimp)

1 tbls light butter

2 cans of tomato bisque

2% milk

fat-free 1/2 & 1/2

1/4 tsp Italian seasoning blend

1/2 tsp cajun seasoning blend

1/4 tsp white pepper

2 tbls of sliced green onions

(I slice & freeze these in bunches)

Preparation

In a medium pot, melt 1 tbls of light butter. Then add the sliced green onions and let simmer for a few minutes. Add all ingredients except shrimp. While this begins to simmer, quickly dice the shrimp into 1/3 inch chunks and add to the bisque. When the shrimp starts to get red and boil the bisque is done.
