Ingredients
3 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 - can cream of chicken soup, undiluted, save empty can
1 - can medium salsa, remember empty can?
1/2 pound - sliced salsa jack cheese
1 - 1 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
In a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish combine above ingredients, except cheese and chips. Place sliced cheese on top of chicken mixture. Top with the crushed tortilla chips. Bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour at 350 ’til hot and bubbly. Serve over cooked rice.
