Ingredients

2 large Cans of Baked Beans (any variety)

1 Can Stewed Tomatoes (any flavour you prefer)

Onions, Green Peppers (diced)

1 package of regular or vegetarian hotdogs (cut into bite size pieces)

Optional Seasoning or variations - chilli pepper flakes, hot sauce or BBQ sauce, cheese, bacon pieces, ham.

Preparation

In a large skillet, with cooking spray, add hotdogs, onions and green peppers. Saute till cooked or about 8 minutes. Add the beans and stewed tomatoes. Simmer till preferred thickness or temperature.

We often change it up with the addition of various seasonings in the house. Left overs are great or add some cheese whiz and use as a dip for nachos. YUMMY!!
