Ingredients
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces sliced muenster cheese
1 frozen Stouffer’s Spinach Souffle
1 frozen deep dish pie shell
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter. Spread in the bottom of the pie shell.
Top mushrooms with muenster cheese.
Remove lid from spinach souffle an invert souffle on top of cheese. Remove foil container from souffle.
Place pie in preheated oven. As souffle defrosts, spread souffle over cheese untill the souffle completely covers the cheese.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until top is puffy and browned.
Remove from oven and serve.
