Ingredients

250g frozen spinach

250g fetta cheese, cubed

1 medium onion

olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

3 eggs

freshly ground pepper

nutmeg

2 sheets puff pastry

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 C. Thaw spinach in microwave for 4 minutes on high. Squeeze all liquid out. Add fetta cheese. Lightly saute onion and garlic and add to mixture. Whisk eggs and add pepper and nutmeg. Add to the spinach mixture. Prepare a square cake tin and line with pastry. Add mixture and top with a layer of pastry. Brush pastry with any remaining egg from bowl. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
