Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1/2 cup diced fresh onion (1/2"

pieces)

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper (1/2" pieces)

2 15 oz. cans cut yams/sweet potatoes

1 8 oz. can pineapple chunks

2/3 c. bottled San-J SWEET &

TANGY SAUCE

Preparation

In large skillet, over medium heat, melt butter or margarine. Add onions and peppers, and saute, turning frequently 5 minutes or until onions and peppers are limp and tender.

Open yams and pineapple, and drain juices from both. Add yams and pineapple to skillet of onions and pepper, and over medium low heat, stir until yams and pineapple are heated through, 3 minutes.

Add SWEET & TANGY SAUCE, and heat over medium low heat, stirring gently, 1-2 minutes. Ready to serve.
