1 CAN-GREEN CHILIES/TOMATOES (ROTEL)

1 CAN DICED TOMATOES

1 CUP OF TOMATOE JUICE OR SMALL CAN OF TOMATOE SAUCE

2 CUPS OF WATER

CHOPPED ONIONS (ABOUT 1/2 CUP)

GARLIC/SALT/PEPPER (OPTIONAL)

1 ENVELOPE OF TACO SEASONING MIX

Preparation

BROWN GROUND CHUCK/ONIONS & DRAIN OFF. ADD EVERYTHING ELSE. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES. ADD ADDITIONAL WATER DURING COOKING IF NEEDED FOR IT TO REMAIN A SOUP CONSISTANCY.
