Ingredients

2 cups prepared brown rice (prepare in casserole in microwave)

1 can undrained black beans

1 1/2 cups (12 oz jar) salsa

1 tsp. chili powder

1 cup frozen or 1 8 oz can drained whole kernel corn

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

To prepared rice, add beans salsa, chili powder, corn and cheese. Mix together. Heat lightly covered in microwave for 12 minutes on HIGH. Serve.
