Ingredients

3 cups uncooked rotini pasta

1 can chunk light tuna in water

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

2 cups (8 oz) chredded chedder cheese

Parmesan cheese garnish

Preparation

Cook pasta as package directs; drain. Mix tuna, soup, i soup can of water and vegetables. Cook 2 minutes. Sir in pasta and heat 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Sprinkle with Parmesan garnish.
