Ingredients
1 (10.75oz) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 (15oz) can mixed vegetables, drained—-I use frozen or fresh (raw) veggies
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 (9") frozen pie crusts, thawed
1 egg lightly beaten
*optional cooked turkey or chicken breast
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375
- In medium bowl, combine potato soup, veggies, milk, thyme, black pepper, and optional cooked meat.
- Spoon filling into bottom pie crust and cover with top crust, crimp edges and seal. Slit top crust and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 mins before serving.
