Ingredients
2L Water
2 Potatoes (Peeled and cut into cubes)
3 cups Frozen Vegetables (Peas, Carrots)
1/2 cup of pasta shells
Half a Can of Tomatoe Paste
1 Tbsp of Flour
2 Tbsp of Sour Cream
2 Tbsp of Vegeta
Preparation
Cook at medium heat
Pour in water into a medium size pot
Add potatoes cut into cubes
Add vegetables
Add pasta (uncooked)
In a seperate cup mix the tomatoe paste, sour cream and flour with some of the water already in the pot - stirr until you get a smooth mixture- and pour the mixture back to the pot
Add Vegeta
Cook until the potatoes and vegetables are soft.
