Ingredients

2L Water

2 Potatoes (Peeled and cut into cubes)

3 cups Frozen Vegetables (Peas, Carrots)

1/2 cup of pasta shells

Half a Can of Tomatoe Paste

1 Tbsp of Flour

2 Tbsp of Sour Cream

2 Tbsp of Vegeta

Preparation

Cook at medium heat

  1. Pour in water into a medium size pot

  2. Add potatoes cut into cubes

  3. Add vegetables

  4. Add pasta (uncooked)

  5. In a seperate cup mix the tomatoe paste, sour cream and flour with some of the water already in the pot - stirr until you get a smooth mixture- and pour the mixture back to the pot

  6. Add Vegeta

  7. Cook until the potatoes and vegetables are soft.
