Ingredients
2 chicken breasts or 4 drumsticks, skin removed
4 tbsps. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps. soy sauce
2 tbsps. tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1-2 tbsps. ginger-garlic paste
1/2 - 1 tbsp. chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Marinade the chicken using all the ingredients.Keep aside for an hour.Heat a pan with a teaspoon of oil in it.( you may omit the oil if you wish, it doesnt affect the flavour of the chicken).Put the chicken in the hot pan.Sear on both sides.Lower heat and cook chicken adding the marinade at intervals.Do not use water.Cook until tender and brown, and the sauce sticks to the meat.
