Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil (extra oil olive oil works as well)

1/2 cup white wine vinegar

1 tbsp mayo

1 tsp yellow mustard (spicy can be used as well)

1/2 tsp cilantro

sprinkle to your liking:

pepper

sea salt

thyme (optional)

rosemary (optional)

basil

paremsaen cheese (optional)

Preparation

add the oil and vinegar in a medium sized bowl. wisk together. Add the mayo and mustard. Sprinkle in the seasonings then wisk together. (should turn a yellowish color)right before serving add extra pepper and table salt.
