Ingredients
1 lb. sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2/3 C. water
1 small can mushrooms or cut up fresh mushrooms.
1 envelope onion soup mix
Add:
1 C. sour cream
2 T. flour
Egg noodles or rice
Preparation
Cook noodles or rice as pkg. directions.
Brown steak in skillet to desired doneness. Heat in small saucepan water and onion soup mix. Add mushrooms. Add 1 C. sour cream and 2 T. flour and mix well. Add the meat.
Serve meat mixture over cooked rice.
