Ingredients
3 ripe or overripe banana’s
1 Cup sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup butter, melted
1 Tsp. baking soda
1 Tsp. salt
1 Cup Chopped walnuts
Preparation
Mash Banana’s with fork. Mix rest of ingredents together and pour into loaf pan that is greased. Bake 325* for 1 hour.
