Ingredients

Crumb Mixture:

3/4 cup butter

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Filling:

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup sugar

3 1/2 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding

3 T milk

Frosting:

1 cup chocolate chips

2 T butter

Preparation

Crumb mixture: Cook first 3 ingredients over medium heat until butter melts. Add vanilla. Stir in crumbs until well mixed. Press into a 9 inch square buttered pan. Refigerate while making the filling. Combine all filling ingredients and beat with hand mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread over crust and refigerated for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and butter over medium heat. Pour over filling. Refigerate until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes.
