Ingredients

1 pound box Graham Crackers (low fat)

2 small Instant French Vanilla Pudding

3 ½ cups skim milk

9 ounces Cool Whip (low fat)

Frosting:

1 cup unsweetened Cocoa

4 teaspoon white corn syrup

3 teaspoons vanilla

6 Tablespoon soften butter

3 cups Powered sugar

6 Tablespoon milk

Preparation

Butter bottom 9 X 13 pan. Line with Graham Crackers. Mix pudding with milk at medium speed. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour half over Graham Crackers. Place second layer over Pudding. Remaining pudding, then last layer of graham Crackers

Refrigerate two hours. Then frost. Beat until smooth, then frost.
