Ingredients

1 cup toasted slivered almonds

1/3 cup water

1-1/2 cups shelled fresh or frozen edamame

2 T toasted sesame oil

2 T olive oil

1-1/2 lemons - zest and juice

1 clove garlic

1 T chopped cilantro

2 T soy sauce - reduced sodium

1 t toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Process almonds in food processor 1-2 min, scrape as needed Add water and remaining ingredients through soy sauce Process until blended, about 3 mins Spoon into bowl Sprinkle with sesame seeds
