Ingredients
1 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated (5 cups)
2 1/2 cups milk
10 slices white bread, edges cut off and cut into sections
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
Preparation
Beat eggs until thick, add salt and mustard gradually then add milk slowly. Add cheese and bread and put in buttered casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Take out one hour before putting in over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
