Ingredients
1 cup cheese, cubed
1 cup soft bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
pinch pepper
1 tbsp butter
Preparation
Put cheese and bread crumbs in buttered casserole. Beat eggs slightly and add other ingredients. Pour this over cheese and bread. Dot With butter. Oven poach in pan of water at 375F for 30-35 minutes.
