Ingredients
13-18 eggs
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2-3 cups fresh dry shredded spinach
12oz bacon, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6-8 Tbsp mayo or 1/3 cup mayo

Mix all together. Not sure how long to bake or at what temperature.
