Ingredients

2-3 eggs, beaten

3 1/2 cups of water

2 chicken bouillons

1/2 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons red chilli powder

1 tablespoon milk

Soy sauce (to taste)

Preparation

  1. In a medium to large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the eggs.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Gradually add the beaten eggs to the saucepan.
  4. Stir briskly and remove from heat immediately.
