Ingredients
2-3 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 cups of water
2 chicken bouillons
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons red chilli powder
1 tablespoon milk
Soy sauce (to taste)
Preparation
- In a medium to large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the eggs.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Gradually add the beaten eggs to the saucepan.
- Stir briskly and remove from heat immediately.
