Ingredients

Wet

1 and 1/4 cup of Egg Nog

1 cup milk

2 eggs

2 tbsp honey

Dry

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 tsp cinnamon

1 and 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk together wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then, pour into the dry ingredient mixture and mix well using a sturdy spoon.

Place griddle pan over medium heat and use butter or cooking spray to ensure pancakes won’t stick.

Use 1/4 measuring cup to add batter to the skillet. You should see small bubbles form in the pancake batter, that is usually an indication they are ready to be flipped.

Enjoy with maple syrup or melted butter with cinnamon and sugar.
