Ingredients
6 eggs
2 T sugar
1 pt cream
1 pt milk
3 oz gold label rum
1 pint blended whiskey
Grated nutmeg
Preparation
Separate eggs. Beat yolks and sugar until light. Add whiskey, then milk, rum and lightly whipped cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture. Chill for 3 hours, serve dusted with nutmeg.
