Ingredients
1/3 C Sugar
2 Eggs
4 C Milk
1 T instant coffee
2 egg whites
3 T Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 pint chocolate ice cream
Preparation
Beat first 2 ingredients together then add next 3 ingredients and cook to a custard. Cool custard mixture. Beat egg whites to soft mounds. Add 3 T sugar and beat to soft peaks. Fold whites and vanilla into custard mix. Chill 3 hours. Top servings with ice cream.
