Ingredients
1 loaf bread
2 eggs boiled
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper
Preparation
Mash hard boiled eggs. Mix all ingredients except bread. Mix well so sugar & salt dissolves in the mixture. Spread on 1 slice of bread and cover with another slice. Do this with the rest of the loaf. Slice triangular and arrange in a platter and serve.
