Ingredients

7 eggs seperated

1/2 cup of powder sugar

2 tea. pure vanilla extract-

2 cups of Half/Half or

Whipping Cream

2 cups of Whole milk

1/2 Cup regular white sugar

Nutmeg

Preparation

Seperate eggs Beat eggs yolks till light in color. Slowly add the powder sugar Slowly add vanilla extract Slowly add half/half Set aside

Beat egg whites till fluffy Slowly add the white sugar beat till peaks form Slowly add the whole milk

Add yoke mixture to white mixture

Mix slowly

Cool for four hours for best results (Or stick in freezer for one hour) - Best when very cold.

Serve sprinkled with nutmeg
