Ingredients

2 big eggplants

200 g farmer’s cheese

2 garlic cloves (crushed)

1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

1/2 cup walnuts (ground)

1 tblsp salt

Preparation

Slice eggplants lengthwise to 1/3 inches pieces. Add salt and leave for 10-15 min. Meanwhile prepare stuffing. Add garlic, walnut and cilantro into a cottage cheese. Mix until smooth. Then rinse eggplants with cold water, dry with paper towel and place on a greased baking sheet. Prepare until soft (15 min in a 350F oven) Let cool, then put 1 tblsp of stuffing on a piece of eggplant and roll it up
