Ingredients
4 eggplants
1 onion
3 green peppers
2 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
cook the eggplants on heater until they turn black and they are well cooked inside.When they get cold peel them and put them in water with 1 tablespoon lemon keep aside.Dice the tomatoes, peppers, the onion,mash the garlic.Take the eggplants out of the water and chop them as you wish then mix with these ingredients.Finally add 1 lemon juice and olive oil.Serve hot or cold
