Ingredients

6 slices of white bread, cut into four cubes per slice.

1 pound sausage or meat of your choice. (I use Jimmy Dean mild sausage.)

8 eggs

2 cups milk

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dry mustard

1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can milk

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Line greased pan (oblong, pyrex style) with bread cubes. Brown sausage, drain and spread evenly over bread. Mix eggs, 2 cups of milk, salt and mustard. Pour over sausage. Spoon diluted mushroom soup evenly over all. sprinkle with cheesd. let stand in refrigerator 5 hours or overnight. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
