Ingredients
2 7 ounce cans of diced green chilies drained
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 pound of Monterey Jack, grated
2 cups of evaporated milk
5 medium size eggs
1/3 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of sale
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degress. In an 8 by 12-inch baking dish, place cheeses and chilies. Put the evaporated milk, eggs, flour, and salt in a blender, blend thoroughly, and pour over the chilies and cheeses. Bake for 45 minutes.
