Ingredients

3 Zucchini

2 Onions

2 litres veg broth or a cube

1 small or a half cauliflower

1/2 t garam masala

1/2 t cumin

1/2 t tumeric

1 T oil

you might wish to increase spices a bit but this will meet the needs of even the most spice reticent diner!

Preparation

roughly chop veggies–since they will be cooked you don’t have to chop much saute veggies and spices for a few minutes add broth and cook until veggies are soft puree to a fine texture you could perhaps add a bit of parsley or sour cream should you wish.
