Ingredients
3 ounces Caledonia Spirits elderberry cordial
30 ounces chilled sparkling white wine (from two 750 ml bottles)
Preparation
Pour 1/2 ounce cordial into each of 6 Champagne flutes or tall narrow glasses, and top with 5 ounces wine. Serve immediately.
